For the last few months, “The Bold and the Beautiful” has been firing on all cylinders.
One of the central storylines has been about young Douglas Forrester, currently played by child actor Django Ferri.
Douglas' custody situation will remain a highly-featured storyline for the foreseeable future.
However, there will be one glaring difference Ferri won’t be the face of the boy.
The role was recast with Django Ferri, who is now reportedly taking a break from playing Douglas.
Many have taken to Twitter to express their thoughts on the recast.
Another viewer couldn’t believe the news to be true,tweeting, “Is this real?
kindly, kindly let this be true, would love for Henry to return.
No offense to NuDouglas, but I prefer Henry’s Douglas.”
However, not everyone is sold on removing Ferri from the role he’s been getting accustomed to.
One fansaid, “Henry is returning as Douglas???
Awww, I was liking Django in the role.”
