Here’s what you didn’t know about Shawn.
Shawn King’s parents are show business veterans
Shawn King is no stranger to show business.
She also hosted USA connection’s “Hollywood Insider” from 1990 to 1996 (viaPeople).
Engemann was also Larry King’s manager.
Shawn’s uncle Bob Engemann and sister Shannon are singers, too.
But they aren’t Shawn’s only children.
Their son, Danny, was born in 1981 and played in the AFL.
Shawn and Daniel Southwick divorced several years after the birth of their son (viaPeople).
Shawn’s 22-year marriage to Larry was rocky.
“They just show up for appearances,” said the source.
“She loves being Mrs. Larry King and the travel.
She stays with him for the kids' sake.”
While the couple denied the rumors, a source later confirmed them (viaPeople).

According toCNN, Larry did file for divorce back in 2010 something, according toTMZ, she also wanted.
The couple worked out their differences but only for a short time.
Shawn and Larry were still married when he died on Jan. 23, 2021, perET Online.
Rumors at the time were that Larry died from COVID-19, but Shawn denied it.
“It was an infection, it was sepsis,” she told ET Online.
“Well, he was ready to go, I will tell you that.
But we’re a close family.”
Larry’s last will was handwritten, making its validity suspect.
Whether or not she won her claim, however, will remain unknown.
