Most noticeably absent, however, were Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.
The pair decided to skip the memorial due to security concerns.
The remarks were made on Markle’s YouTube channel, Remarkable Friendship, which he shares with Karl Larsen.
“The British people won’t forgive them for that, and they shouldn’t,” he said.
