How did the four element leads find themselves on Cosmic Love?
First and foremost, I’d love to know how this opportunity presented itself to you all?
And what about dating based on the astrological chart was attractive to you guys?
Noel: I got offered a couple different reality TV shows.
My mom was … really big into her version of astrology.
I worked super hard on myself.
I work on my physical, mental, every aspect of me to become the best version of myself.
[That’s] not giving too much time to love.
Anyone else want to elaborate on their experiences?
I had a lot of my friends do photo shoots for me.
I got certain apps that it’s possible for you to do castings for.
I got called for another show and that did fall through.
My intuition told me, “This is the one.”
I cleaned my schedule.
I did everything for it.
I can’t even describe it.
It was like, “Okay, this makes the most sense for me.”
I’m a huge believer in “What’s meant for me won’t miss me.”
I say that all the time.
It fell into my lap at the perfect time in my life.
It was an opportunity that I absolutely had to take.
Plus, I’m also a believer in astrology.
One thing led to another thing.
Phoebe: We were.
Connor: And here I am.
Connor: A lot of crying.
Lots and lots of crying.
Maria, you have to get mic’d."
I’m like, “Oh my God.”
It was a lot of work, but we are here now.
It was a lot of hard work.
It was more like, “Hey, you have to talk about this.
You have an interview to discuss things that were happening.”
[I felt] like, “Why?
I don’t feel like sharing those thoughts.”
I have barely processed them myself.
What was it like bringing such vulnerable aspects of your life to a camera setting?
That must have been was it jarring?
I’m only around certain people being myself is always natural and easy.
I give a shot to be as authentic as humanly possible.
Maria: I have to face the reality of not being able to be vulnerable in certain areas.
That was really hard for me to be able to be vulnerable.
I didn’t understand that sometimes, I wasn’t vulnerable.
That was a little difficult for me when it came to being vulnerable on the show.
Did dating based on astrological signs really work?
That’s such a unique element that we haven’t really seen in a dating show format.
Phoebe: I’m a Leo and I’m actually a double Leo.
I’m a star performer.
I’m bright, I’m shiny.
I’m a lion, I’m super headstrong."
Water signs are typically babies, they’re criers.
I was like, “Oh no, I’m soft.
Can I ask each one of you what your signs are?
Phoebe: [To Noel] You want to start?
Noel: Yeah, I’ll go first.
I’m a Pisces, I’m a water sign.
Maria: I’m a Capricorn.
I’m an earth sign.
Phoebe: I’m a Leo, I’m a fire sign.
Connor: Gemini, air.
Are you satisfied with how things developed over time?
I’m always one that loves putting myself in scary situations I like taking risks to push myself.
This was definitely something like that, because it was more about finding love.
It was about putting my ego aside and fully surrendering to this.
As far as me being satisfied 100%, I have the most incredible friends ever.
I’ve learned to love myself in new ways that I never was able to before.
It was definitely an incredible experience.
