“Well, I’ve gotten in trouble a few times on the show,” Behar toldPeoplein 2021.
I don’t care.
Even if I don’t mean it, I’ll do it.
But it seems that the comedian and talk show host has moved beyond being the bigger person.
Everything that I got into trouble for was not intentional.
I just say what I say," she told Time.
Behar noted how she had been a longstanding target of platforms like Breitbart and Fox.
Some of Behar’s words have had more serious consequences than others.
“I was glad to be fired,” she said.
