AsVarietyreported, the actor stormed the stage after Rock made an inappropriate joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith.
The “Girls Trip” star has been rocking a shaved head due to her well-documented struggles with alopecia.
However, Rock quipped that she was getting ready to appear in “G.I.
Jane 2,” much to Pinkett-Smith’s evident annoyance.
Smith added, “I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris.
I was out of line and I was wrong.”
However, Chris Rock was just as well supported.
“Wanda Sykes was his wingman for the night.
They’re brothers.”
